CertifiedTranslators.com.sg provides certified translation services, notarisation through partners, and related services. All translations are performed to the best of our ability by professional translators.
2. Use of Services
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents for translation.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the documents you provide.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the documents are unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing starts at SGD 35 per page and varies depending on language and complexity.
- Multi-page documents may require a custom quotation.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery
- Single-page documents may be delivered on the same day (if received before the cut-off time).
- Delivery timelines for multi-page or complex translations will be agreed upon in advance.
- Delivery is typically via email in PDF format unless otherwise requested.
5. Accuracy and Liability
- Certified translations are carried out with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee acceptance by all authorities.
- Our liability is limited to re-performing the translation if errors are found.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Notarisation and Authentication
- Notarisation and Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) authentication services are provided via trusted third-party partners.
- We are not liable for delays or decisions made by third parties such as ICA, MOM, or SAL.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Website is owned by Lyric Technologies Pte Ltd.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
